"Negotiations on recognition of Azerbaijan's diplomas in Turkey, Iran and Russia underway"

"Theorization of education is one of the major challenges of a globalizing society. That is the education system is formed in the unity of scientific knowledge. The issue of recognition of diplomas will be brought not only before the scientists of Turkey and Iran, abut also Russia. I am sure effective work will be done in this area and we will benefit of its fruits. The Turkish and Iranian students study in Azerbaijan and their diplomas are not recognized upon return," he said.

Today, Baku hosts the second international scientific conference "Actual problems of legal science" dedicated to the upcoming 87th anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev. The conference jointly organized by the Belarusian State University and the University of the Caucasus, involves more than 200 scientists from about ten countries.
