Azerbaijani MP comments on novelties in country’s education system

“New standards have been adopted in country’s higher education system,”Azerbaijani parliament’s science and education committee chair Shamsaddin Hajiyev said.
New standards will be taught starting from September, he said.

He said these standards fully meet Europe’s teaching standards.

“Problems regarding recognition of diplomas of Azerbaijani higher schools abroad and transfer of bachelor and master’s degree holders have been addressed,” Hajiyev said.  

The bill on education was adopted at the last spring session of parliament.
