Roof of Iraqi embassy in Baku is on fire (UPDATE)

Six fire fighting vehicles arrived at the site to extinguish the fire. No causalities are reported. Deputy Chief of Sabayel District Police Office Kamal Valishov said that the embassy staff had been evacuated and the fire was extinguished at 17:30 local time. Representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and other state authorities are at the place of incident. The embassy officials said Ambassador Arshad Omar Ismail was not in the embassy when the fire broke out.

The roof of the the Iraqi embassy in Baku is on fire, the fire service of the Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry said.

At present the fire is going on. Fire-fighters are at scene of incident. There is no any detailed information about reasons and scales of the fire.
