Due to high temperature, Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev instructed to ban military exercises in hot hours of summer months.

Under the instruction, military units should take a temperature of weather into account when holding exercises, the Defense Ministry's official Teymur Abdullayev told Trend News on July 7. It has been recommended to hold exercises by 11:00 and after 17:00.
Abdullayev said cooling equipments have been already installed in military units and special shelters have been created to prevent sunstroke
The Hydrometeorological Forecast Bureau of the National Hydrometeorological Department under the Environment and Natural Resources Ministry forecasts that highest weather temperature will be 42 and an average temperature - 34-37 degrees Celsius in some Azerbaijani regions in July.
