Mine clearing operations carried out in Baku

National Mine Clearing Agency has launched operations to clear Guzdek settlement of Garadagh, said sources in the press service for ANAMA.
Thus, fire and explosions at ammunition stores occurred in the Soviet time in Guzdek settlement. This section was used as a polygon and poses a threat for human life.

Operations to clear an area of 400,000 square meters from mines were held in Guzdek settlement. An operative group to clear unexploded ammunition was involved to these operations.
