President of Azerbaijan offers condolence over tragedy in Azerbaijan State Oil Academy

I extend my profound condolence over the tragedy that took place in the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy on April 30, 2009. I express my sympathies to the families and friends of the dead and pray for mercy from God Almighty for those killed. On these hard days, we all share your endless sorrow and wish you patience and restraint. You must be sure that the government of Azerbaijan will take all necessary measures over this incident.
