President of Azerbaijan confirms changes into laws "On immigration" and "On state duties"

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to ratify amendments and alterations to the law "On immigration" and "On state duties", according to AzerTac.
Under the document, the Cabinet of Ministers is instructed to settle issues, resulting from this decree.
