Nushirevan Meherremli: "The constitution ban on conduction of covert recording will also refer to the programs on local TV channels"

He said this issue should be raised only after conduction of a referendum.

"We should wait for the decision of the Constitutional court and the parliament. It will be possible to speak of the regulation prohibiting the conduction of covert video, audio and photo shooting by results of a referendum. People may file a claim to the court against the due TV channel on some programs on basis of covert recording.

But in any case this prohibition is proposed to be introduced with reference to human rights protection and naturally no one can interfere with private life and no one can hold shootings against the will of people, who are being recorded", said Meherremli.
