I do not want to say that no fights can occur between soldiers. This may happen. Among the factors, causing bullying, is a good provision. Yet, today Azerbaijani army has no problems with provision, which could cause such an event.

The general noted that in all military units there is a board with the phones of the due structures and officials of the military unit, Ministry of Defense and Military prosecution. Any soldier or a parent can call these number or appeal with a written complaint.

as for the growth in the number of losses this year, Dadash Rzayev announced that most losses are connected with ceasefire violation.

"The front line extends to 1200 kilometers. We are facing the enemy along the whole front line, therefore, losses are natural. Yet there are victims of carelessness, displayed by military men, careless treatment of gun and others among the deceased".

Head of the National NGO forum Rauf Zeyni stressed the need for public control over the armed forces.

"It is necessary to intensify efforts in this direction. Mechanism of public control can play an important role in the resolution of problems".
