Armenians free Azerbaijani captive

Azerbaijani citizen Eyubov Arzu Nuraddin oghlu, held in captivity by Armenia, has been transferred to our country, says a statement, released by the State Commission on refugees, captives and missing.
Thus, in the result of talks, held by the Work group of the state commission with international organizations, Azerbaijani citizen Arzu Eyubov, born in 1975, was released on the contact front line of the troops in the direction of Bala Jafarli village of Qazakh.

As is noted he feels normal.

The transfer process involved officials of the work group of the state commission, representatives of the international committee of the red cross as independent mediators. The process was held in line with the norms of international humanitarian law and recorded no incidents.

It should be noted that resident of Zalam village of Qabala Arzu Eyubov was captured by Armenian servicemen on February 19 of this year.
