Qulu Meherremli: "Voting on changes to the charter of the Azerbaijan's Council for Press was held with violation of the charter"

As for changes in the charter of the council, Meherremli noted that he is against introducing of changes to the charter and he voiced his opinion and voted in the duly manner.

"If most Azerbaijani journalists accept it, let it be so. The session participants ignored arguments of those who are against the changes. The voting on changes to the charter was held with violations, as, in line with the charter, voting is secret, while the session participants did it in open", said Meherremli.
