Baku court rejects claim filed by Azadlyg newspaper correspondent against Prosecutor General's office and Azerbaijan's Frontier Service

Day.Az reports with reference to the Institute for Reporters Freedom and Safety that the due announcement was made by Halil personally.

He noted that the case was not accepted as the claim did not contain a number of documents.

"This is illegal and prove biased position against me", said alil.

It should be noted that on May 11 Halil was detained on the control checkpoint in the moment of departing from the country. The claim states the need to recognize the fact of non-issuance of permission to Halil to leave Azerbaijan as illegal, pay him compensation for violation of rights and adopt decision about his leaving the country any time.
