Leyla Aliyeva elected OIC Chief Coordinator on dialogue between cultures and civilizations

Leyla Aliyeva, head of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Moscow branch has been elected the Chief Coordinator of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) on a dialogue between cultures and civilizations, Fuad Muradov, member of the Parliament told APA.

Fuad Muradov attended the meeting of OIC Youth Forum Governing Board on April 9-10 in Kuwait.

To him, Leyla Aliyeva’s active participation in the conference’s activity was underlined at the meeting and it was emphasized that she would worthily represent OIC Youth Forum.

“They have emphasized Leyla Aliyeva’s knowledge in the field of international relations and big experience in the organization of Azerbaijani youth movement in Russia”.

Fuad Muradov said the chief coordinator’s main functions are to represent the organization in the international arena and to lead the international movement “Youth for the Alliance of Civilizations”.

MP said the OIC Youth Forum would submit to Leyla Aliyeva the document about her appointment to this post.
