The Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan received 133 claims in March of 2008, said a press service for the Constitutional Court.

Thus, 30 of them were submitted for discussion in the Chamber of the Constitutional Court.
Of the overall number of claims, 65 were not in the competence of the Constitutional Court and therefore were transferred to the due state bodies, 38 claims with response letters were sent to citizens to explain the powers of the court.
It should be noted that the court received 139 and 123 in January and February of this year. In 2007 the Constitutional Court received 1715 claims and passed 11 decisions and 4 regulations.
