Mikhail Saakashvili's wife takes part in New Year party for children in Baku

A New Year party was arranged for children in the Russian embassy to Azerbaijan on January 13.

The event was attended by Georgian first lady Sandra Elizabeth Roelofs, visiting Baku, as well as the spouses of the ambassadors of Russia, Bulgaria, Poland and Belarus.

The Georgian first lady presented her book "Idealist's Novel" to the Embassy of Russia to Azerbaijan.

During the event, the officers of the Center of Russian culture, which marks its 10th anniversary this year, performed various plays involving characters from children's film "Pinocchio" and other heroes of plays for children.

Children were singing and dancing around the New Year tree together with the Grandfather Frost and Snowgirl and solving riddles. The Granfather Frost gave a New Year present to Georgian President's son and had his photos taken with them.
