Editor-in-chief of Ideal newspaper Nazim Guliyev released

Nazim Guliyev's brother said the Baku Court of Appeal considered the claim filed against the decision of the Nasimi district court on Nazim Guliyev.

Guliyev said the court closed the criminal case basing on the truce between the plaintiff – chief of State Road Police Ramiz Zeynalov and Ideal newspaper and passed a decision on releasing Nazim Guliyev.

It should be noted that by the resolution of the Nasimi District Court Nazim Guliyev was sentenced by 2.5 year term of imprisonment on the suit brought to the court by chief of the State Road Police Ramiz Zeynalov.
