Former captive admits accusations

Court examinations on the case of Eldaniz Nuriyev, accused of parricide started today at Azerbaijan's Grievous Crimes Court under Judge Isgandar Hajiyev.

According to the indictment, Eldaniz Nuriyev was captured by Armenians on December 31 last year and was freed on January this year.

Law enforcement bodies arrested him after the investigations on charge of parricide (Article 274). Eldaniz Nuriyev admitted the accusations in his speech during the court examination. The court process will last on June 7 to hear witnesses. APA
