Criminal case on officials of building company sent to court

The investigation of the criminal case launched on officials of Tereggi MTK building company sent to Court of Grave Crimes.

Director of the company Rizvan Kerimov and two more officers face charges under article 222.2 (construction works in protected zones without permission) of the criminal code.

140-ton aggregate dropped on one of the houses during construction many-storied building. As a result of the accident two died and a child was badly injured.

Kerimov and two more officers were arrested. APA
