Russia is ready to consider the issue on transmission of TV channels in Azerbaijan

The Ambassador said that arrangements are being made for the business-forum. He said the date of the meeting of Azerbaijan-Russia interparliamentary commission will be fixed next week.

Commenting on the decision of National Television and Radio Council on suspending broadcast of Russia TV channels in Azerbaijan, the Ambassador said the negotiations regarding that have not yet started.

"Russia sent a note to Azerbaijan with regard to this and expects reaction for the talks," he said.

Istratov added that Russia is ready to consider the issue on broadcasting of its TV channels in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
