German Academic Exchange Service Secretary General visits Azerbaijan

German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) Secretary-General Christian Bode arrived for a two-day visit in Azerbaijan.

Bode's visit aims to get acquainted with the activity of Azerbaijani Universities. Joint scholarship program will be signed between DAAD secretary-general and the president of State Oil Company (SOCAR) Rovnag Abdullayev.

According to the program, Azerbaijani students receiving this scholarship will be able to study in Germany in the winter session of 2007-2008 academic years.

Bode's visit to Azerbaijan will end on Thursday. APA
