One more detained for incident in Yeni Yasamal

He said that Lachin resident Seyyyar Gadimaliyev has been arrested being accused of the incident.

"At the present the investigation is under way and the involvement of others in the incidents is being defined. Some 200 residents were involved in the confrontation. Their testimonies are being investigated," he said.

Rzayev said that injured policemen and other participants are giving testimony to the investigation. At present some of them are being wanted. The inspector noted criminal cases were launched on the facts.

"Some other articles can be added in case of other criminal facts. Article on mass unrest can be added to the case," he said.

Six of the eight detainees have been released. Mirkend village residents Safarov Jalil Surkhay and Murselov Vugar Zakir were arrested, APA reports.
