Taxes Minister's brother slightly wounded

My brother Farhad Mammadov works in the Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry's department of Area, Ecology and Natural Resources and he has a gun. While cleaning it at home he misused it and wounded his ankle. He is being treated at home, said Taxes Minister Fazil Mammadov.

Minister told the APA that the reports that Farhad Mammadov was wounded in the skirmish in Shamkir region are not true. Fazil Mammadov said he was at the conference in Gadabay that day. The minister noted that his brother was offered first medical aid and he feels normal at present.
