Armenian kills Azerbaijanian in Tumen

A resident of Lenkaran, Samir Bagirov Ikhtiyar, 21, was killed in Tumen, Russia.

He was killed by an Armenian, executive bodies of the region told APA's bureau.

His body was brought to the country and buried a few days ago.
