Criminal escapes

The resident of Sahil settlement, born in 1960 Shaban Nabiyev on dispute shot at Alesker Guliyev born in 1980, near Sahil cafe situated on 34km of Baku-Astara road.

Shaban Nabiyev also shot at Intigam Salayev who came to help them. Nabiyev escaped in his car 10 OE 609 VAZ-2107. Salayev was taken to Traumatological Hospital.

Garadag district Prosecutor Tariyel Gurbanov told the APA that Nabiyev and Guliyev were close friends. The incident happened on dispute after their party in the cafe.

The Prosecutor said that Nabiyev has not been detained yet. Criminal case was launched on the fact on Article 120.2.4 (killing a man mercilessly), 29.120.2.7 (trying to kill more that two men) and 228 (illegal possessing, selling, keeping and carrying arms and explosives) of the Criminal Code.
