Social Russia Federal Migration Service: "Removal of labour migrants from Russia territories can be realized only after court's decision"

He called the information about the removal of labour migrants as well as Azerbaijani migrants from Russia territory from January 15 to be rumour.

"This is a rumour. According to the procedure, the migrants living illegally in the territory of the country will be found and detained. Then their cases will be presented to the court. The court can define two types of punishment after it considers the cases. Either the migrants will have to pay fine, or will be deported from the country," he told APA.
