Health Minister: "Illegal drugstores to be suspended"

He told the APA the inspections in illegal drugstores are continuing at the moment.

Ogtay Shireliyev said the process of withdrawal of counterfeit medicines form the market is continuing.

"We will continue our control over the sale of counterfeit medicines, because is a serious problem. We will try to completely withdraw counterfeit medicines from the market," he said.

Health Minister highly estimated the overall results of this year.

"The establishment of diagnostic center in Nakhchivan is a great success in the sphere of health. New medical institutions, offices have been established this year, and it will continue. We have great plans for 2007 and we will announce them soon," the minister said.
