Oruj Zalov: "Azeris return from Russia not to cause criminogenic atmosphere"

Return Azerbaijani migrants from Russia will not cause criminal atmosphere in the country, stated Oruj Zalov, deputy minister of Interior Affairs.

He said that criminal atmosphere is under controlled. "Minister Ramil Usubov will hold conference in early January and make a report on results of 2006," he noted, APA reports.
