IDPs block Barda road

IDPs told APA bureau that they have been left without electrical energy although State Committee on work with Refugees and IDP pay the utilities bills on time.

IDPs claim they are supplied with electricity for only six hours a day and, they blame Barda Electricity Supply Department for illegal electricity cut.

Aghdam Executive Committee chairman Hasan Sariyev arrived in the action site, promised elimination of the supply problems. IDP dispersed after the strong promise.
