Haji Mammadov's gang murdered Rena Nasibova

Ikhtiyar Pashayev gave testimony on the episode of attack to the car belonged to Baku International LTD company. "When the incident happened I was in the company. I heard about the attack on the car belonged to our company," he said.

Said Mehdiyev, working in the same company with Rena Nesibova gave testimony on death episode. He said that he knew Rena since 2003. "The day the incident happened I came to the office and knocked on the door but no-one opened. I phoned her, but she did not answer. Someone behind the door said he can not open the door, because Rena was not in the office. I looked through the window of office and saw the door open. When I entered I saw disorder in the office I saw some one to go down and run away. I could not catch him and returned to the office. I found Rena's body in bathroom," he said.

Mehdiyev said that during the investigating he could not identify the murdered because they were in different age and tall.

Adil Ismayilov, a lawyer to the former chief of Crime Investigation Department Zakir Nasirov asked a question to Mehdiyev. Mehdiyev said that Northern Caucasian visited Nesibova. "Rena said that that person was her relative living in Russia. I did not see that persons during identification in the investigation. I felt that Rena does not want to meet with that person because several times she said to tell him that she is not in the office," Mehdiyev said.

Then Mehdiyev said that he was look like Sidek Abdulvahabov. It should be mentioned during one of the hearings Ruslan Abdulvahabov said that he had close relation with Nesibova.

Mehdiyev also said that Novruz Nuriyev also was among those people during the confrontation.
Novruz Nuriyev accused of Rena Nesibova's death answered the public prosecutor's questions.
"As soon as the witness entered he showed me. I confirmed because of Mubariz Mammadov. The lawyers Novruz Kerimov and Sahib Mammadov did not let the witness answer my lawyer's questions," he said.

Then Azer Aliverdiyev gave testimony on the episode of kidnapping Azersigorta State Company head Mammad Mammadov's son Ahmed Mammadov.

He said that the kidnap was realised in the cafe Semashko and kidnappers were armed.
Firdovsi Gasimov gave testimony on the episode of car robbery in Vishnyovka district.
