November 13 nonworking day in Azerbaijan

As November 12 - Constitution Day is Sunday, that date will not be considered working day.

According to the decision of the Cabinet made on December 26 and 30 last year, if a holiday falls on a Sunday, the next day is nonworking day, the Cabinet Press Service Department Chief Akif Ali told the APA.
