Unit Federation of Azerbaijani Diaspora in Istanbul to be formed

Sayyad Salahli (Aran), Azerbaijani General Consul to Istanbul told the APA that he met with Diaspora chiefs for establishing federation in Istanbul. "I have already met with six chiefs of the circles. Some other problems and their proposals were discussed during the meeting," he said.

Salahli stressed that the chiefs want Azerbaijanis to be granted termless visa. They said that it will influence the positive development of the Diaspora.

"Kazakhstan, Bulgaria and Georgia grant termless visas to their citizens coming to Turkey. Azerbaijan and Turkey should consider this problem again," Salahli said.
