Ogtay Gerekmezli: "Abbas Abbasov sent Kamil Sadreddinov to Dagestan in Makhachev's car"

The controversial points in Adalet Asdullayev's testimony were announced. He denied majority of his testimonies to the investigation. Asadullayev said the rest testimonies were given under pressure. He added that he was not asked about Nazim Pashayev's, his chauffeur's, Javid Manafov's and Elshan Hasanov's kidnapping and robbery of Rena Pashayeva's house.

Then Ogtay Gerekmezli, the lawyer for Kamil Sadreddinov, the chief of Interior Ministry (IM) Crime Investigation Office Department Fighting Labour Crimes asked Haji Mammadov about the visit of his client to Dagestan. Haji Mammadov said he has information about the visit but could not mentioned the exact time.

Then the lawyer solicited for sending inquiry to IM. "Former Deputy Prime Minister Abbas Abbasov sent Kamil Sadreddinov to Dagestan by Ramil Usubov's behest. He went there non-officially in parliamentarian Haji Makhachev's car. His visit was not registered. If we prove this the court cannot accuse Sadreddinov in Nazim Pashayev's kidnapping," he said.

Adil Ismayilov and Elton Guliyev solicited for investigating the case, but the court did not meet the solicitation.

Then Kamil Sadreddinov gave testimony and denied all accusations against himself. He said he knew Haji Mammadov for a long time. "When Haji was arrested I worked in Russia. Federal Security Service officers arrested me and handed over Azerbaijan National Security Ministry. I was made to give testimonies against some officials," he said.

The trial will continue in the second half of the day, APA reports.
