Azeri, Russian Academies of Sciences sign agreement

Visiting Azerbaijan the delegation of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) led by its vice-president Alexander Andreyev had a meeting on October 6 at the Presidium of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).

Speaking at the meeting ANAS President Mahmud Karimov and A.Andreyev said the event was held within the framework of the Year of Russia in Azerbaijan and very important for the scientific circles of both countries.

The meeting was followed by signing the agreement on scientific cooperation that envisages centralized scholars exchange between the ANAS and RAS. AzerTAg
