University entrance exams to be continued Saturday

The last university entrance examinations of this academic year will be conducted in Azerbaijan tomorrow.

The State Student Admission Commission told the APA 13,558 entrants will sit exams on the 4th group of majors. 12,334 of them are from Azerbaijani section and 1,224 from Russian section. There are 3,188 vacancies in higher schools this year.

The entrance exams started 29 July and continued on 3 and 8 August. A total 105,537 entrants applied for 25,994 vacancies in Azerbaijani higher schools this year.
