Azeri boxers' chief: "We are the second strongest team in Europe"

"I am very satisfied with the performance of Azerbaijani national boxing team in the European championship. Our team is very strong now," said Azerbaijan's Boxing Federation head Aghajan Abiyev.

He told the APA referees made some unfair decisions on Azerbaijani boxers in the European Cup in Bulgaria. The federation president highly appreciated our team's winning four medals of the championship.

"It is a great success. We have not ever gained so many medals. It demonstrates the national team's power. I think it is the second strongest boxing team in Europe. I see bright future of our team," he said.
