Complaint about general council of Azerbaijan to Istanbul

APA reports quoting "Hurriyyet" paper that while the lawyer woman’s claim was investigating about Nabiolglu to prosecutor's organs, another woman’s claim was found who faced beating and threat.

Lawyer woman two years before stated that they got acquainted with him in Galatasaray in one invitation, and then their relations being deep.

According to her, Ibrahim Nabioghlu said he has a family and three children but he has problems with them, and stated of his being separated from his wife. Though Ibrahim Nabioghlu participated in all the measures with lawyer woman besides official measures, soon there was problem with jealousy and in one of the quarrels he taking as base her short skirt tore it, and hit her.

After a short while after that, Nabioglhlu took the woman in his car and the lawyer woman raised claim against the council. Ibrahim Nabioghlu said that it will put an end to his career, and promised to stop relations after taking her application. Ibrahim Nabioghlu visited lawyer woman’s office for several times and tried to strangle her, and took the jewelry he had bought for her. But after two months later Nabioghlu calling the office accused the woman in claim to Court.

It was identified in the investigation that Nabioghlu got acquainted with the woman given conditional name J.A. The woman decided to get separated after having learned his being married and having three children. This time Nabioghlu threatened her to spread her naked pictures in internet and beating. According to the claim of J.A. in 2006/24647 number, she was beaten in his car marked 34 CZ 001 and threatening for 10 days.

His lawyer in case telling of all these about his client said that she will be pushed into the sea and her body won’t be found. Therefore the woman has applied to Shishli Government Prosecutor’s Office of Istanbul. After the order of ambassador of Azerbaijan to Turkey he called the lawyer woman again.

The lawyer woman said in the investigation that council accused her in threatening her killing of her son and stated Azerbaijani state supporting him and ruin her life. After that the lawyer on July 29 applied with claim to Court of Shishli Government Prosecutor's Office. Messages and calls coming to the woman’s phone, testimony have been added to the claim.
