Fuzuli Alakbarov: "People use various methods to receive social assistance"

According to APA, persons living in regions transmit their lands to others and even sell their cattle to get targeted social support.

There are problems in collection of documents concerning targeted social assistance. Only 17 documents are required.

Mr.Alakbarov also added that no documents were required from refugees and internally displaced people for targeted social assistance. All necessary documents were presented to the Ministry by the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Displaced People.
