Law on Education developing

Some of them told that since ever they had not been called for discussion of this matter, and the Commission had not discussed this law, at all.

Bakhtiyar Aliyev, Commission Deputy Chairman said that the Working Group was working over the law on Education. According to him, taking into consideration the Convention and Treaties to which Azerbaijan acceded, and guided by the realities in the country, the complete laws on Education and on Science are being developed: "When the Working Group drafts this document, it will be discussed by Commission Members, and then will be submitted to executive branches. Their opinion will always be taken into account. Just later the law on Education will be submitted to the Parliament".

B. Aliyev cleared the matter relating absence of some Commission Members pending discussion of this law: "As I told, the Working Group is still working over the bill. By completion of this process, bill will be submitted to discussion of Commission Members. So, there is no ground for concern, a common procedure is being done under rules".
