"I have been working as Peace Corps volunteer in Zagatala for three years. Taking into account the interest of region population to learn English, I decided to open this library in the school I work," Mr.Rizinberg said.

The Peace Corps volunteer said that the library contains 600 scientific and literary books and dictionaries and added that 400 more books will be brought soon. The library has been supplied with audio-video facilities that provide every condition to learn English effectively. It will serve not only students but also the whole population of the region.
