State of 15-year girl suspected of Bird flu is stable

The state of 15-year old Azerbaijani girl, hospitalized with bird flu suspicion, is stabile, Samaya Mammadova, the head of the press service of the Health Ministry, informs.

According to Trend, the patient undergoes treatment at the Baku Clinical Children's Hospital#2. "She is under permanent control of doctors," the Health Ministry official underlined.

The World Health Organization's research in London confirmed existence of the virus H5N1 in the villages Dayikend and Sarvan, Salyan region, Beyim-Sarov village, Tartar region. 5 from 7 bird flu-diseased people died. 10-year old boy, the resident of the Dayikend village, left hospital in relation to recovery.

WHO specialists, arrived in Baku, and the employees of the Health Ministry carry out joint work.
