Bird Flu virus found in Agdam

The area of Agdam was put in guarantine after finding H5N1 virus among domestic birds in Banovshalar village.

Though Serhat Bakhtiyarov, the head of Agdam veterinary station, says that appropriate measures are taken, the observations show that it's not true.

So domestic birds are not kept in closed position, dead birds spread all over the village. Meanwhile, according to the head of the region veterinary station, there's no need to kill domestic birds.

"Desobarriers were placed in the entrances and exits. Besides it, bird traiding was banned. And the disinfection of yards will be finished soon."

Besides, the specislists of anti-plague station were sent to Agdam, and they carry out medical inspection among people every day, ANS informs.

Meanwhile, head of the executive power of Agdam signed a disposal to prevent fom sreading virus all over the region. According to the disposal the appropriate organs of the region started to the extraordinary work-regime.
