Pardon decree might be issued by Novruz holiday

"We do not know exactly whether any pardon decree will be issued on the eve of Novruz holiday", member of Pardon Commission, MP Azay Guliyev told.

As APA reports, the Pardon Commission members review the appeals and submit to the Commission. The Commission hasn't met since the last pardon.

Mr. Guliyev said the next presidential pardon might be granted in Novruz holiday: "The President is responsible for issuing pardon decree. Following humanism principles, the Head of state has granted several pardons so far. The next decree might be issued by Novruz holiday."
