President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation visits Azizbayov district of Baku

She met with residents and visited the newly constructed objects, Trend reports.

Mehriban Khanum has also met with the faithful of settlement in the Mohsun Salim mosque, where she had promised in October 2005 to render assistance for refurbishment work.

During the pre-election campaign the residents complained of poor energy supply of the country. In this respect Azerenergy joint stock company at MP Aliyeva's request set up the reconstruction of the Yeni Bina substation. During the visit to the station for familiarity with the process of construction and assembly work the First Lady was informed that the station will be put for exploitation early this March. The residents of the settlement expressed gratitude to the MP for assistance in removal of energy shortages.

The President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation met with local population of Hovsani, got familiar with their problems and promised to assist in their resolution. Recalling the boom in the construction of new education and health facilities over the last few years, Aliyeva noted that this large-scale program will touch upon Azizbayov District. She also underlined that the issue put forward will be hence attentively studied and executed.

Aliyeva informed on the plans of renewal of logistic base of schools in the district in the nearest 2-3 years and establishment of all conditions for overall education of children in this district.
