Archeological materials in Lelylatapa in Aghstafa discovered new research point in Azerbaijan’s history

Some of the remnants of material culture discovered as the result of archeological excavations in the regions have been researched.

APA was informed from Archeology and Ethnography Institute of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS). It was informed that, Archeological materials discovered in Lelylatapa in Aghstafa caused new research point in Azerbaijan’s history: ”The material remnants found in Lelylatapa prove that Ubeyd-Uruk tribes who lived in the banks of Euphrates and Tigris of Mesopotamia in the V-IV millenniums moved to the north through our country. The move of Ubeyd-Uruk tribes is linked with the beginning of the civilization in Europe by this stage. The material remnants are studied in detail and the metals are analyzed now.
