Ministry of Technologies and SSC plan to implement a project that will cover whole Azerbaijan

The State Statistics Committee and the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies plan to conduct a joint statistical experiment.

The goal of the project will be to familiarize with the situation on usage of information and communication technologies among population. Such experiment will be conducted in Azerbaijan for the first time.

Statistical facts on usage of information and ICT by population of Azerbaijan and other important facts regarding technology field will be studied during the observation. The experiment will cover the whole republic. The results will be announced in the first quarter of 2006.
