Azerbaijan, Indonesia discuss cooperation in health field

Azerbaijan and Indonesia have explored ways of developing cooperation in health field as the country`s Ambassador to Indonesia Tamerlan Garayev has met Minister of Health Nila Moeloek.

The Ambassador highlighted the reforms carried out in the country under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev.

Tamerlan Garayev also spoke about the great activity of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva in development of ophthalmology in Azerbiajan.

The Diplomat also provided an insight into the causes and consequences of Armenia-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. “Armenia maintains Azerbaijan`s territories under occupation, refuses to honour the four resolutions adopted by the UN Security Council. Armenia continues to destroy mosques, historical monuments, graves, the cultural heritage in those lands,” he added.
