Entry scores on 1st and 4th specialty groups lowered

The State Student Admission Committee (SSAC) has reduced the passing scores on both specialty groups due to the results of the entrance examinations on specialty groups 1 and 4 held on July 12.

The SSAC’s press service told APA that applicants who have a total score over 150 and a relative score over 10 on four examination subjects, excluding one of the examination subjects, and correspond to the examination requirements can participate in specialty selection. To allow applicants who have a total score of 300 or more to participate in specialty selection, comparative score limitation will not be imposed on their answers on subjects.

Applicants who have a total score over 250 and a relative score over 10 on each examination subject are eligible to select state-ordered specialties.

The applicants with a total score over 150 and a relative score over 10 on  each remaining examination subject, excluding one of the examination subjects can participate in specialty selection group 4. No comparative score limitation is imposed on the answers of applicants with over 300 scores.

The applicants with a total score of over 300 and a relative score of 10 on each subject can participate in competition of state-ordered specialties.

Terms of the competition on several directions of specialties requiring special abilities have been changed. The related table will be posted on the website of the SSAC.

Applicants with a total score of 150 can participate specialty selection on groups 1 and 4 for Azerbaijan State Agrarian University (No comparative score limitation is imposed on the answers of applicants).

According to terms of the competition announced in advance, the applicants with a total score of over 250 and a relative score of over 10 on each subject can participate in specialty groups 1 and 2.

Specialty selection will be done from July 24 to August 5.
