The list of the most dangerous books banned in Azerbaijan has been publicized.
Law enforcement bodies told APA
that constant operations have been recently conducted against dangerous religious movements in the country. During these operations numerous religious books promoting several religious sects and movements were confiscated.
Law enforcement bodies stated that all religious books confiscated during the operations were banned by the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations, and their import into Azerbaijan was also prohibited. Though, members of various religious movements are illegally bringing these books to the country and distributing them.
Law enforcement bodies have presented to APA the list of the most dangerous and radical books that are banned from being used and distributed.
