More than 1000 families agree to leave "Sovetski"

60 houses and non-residential areas have already been demolished

The number of families wishing to sell their houses in Sovetski street under certain conditions reached 1050, first deputy head of Yasamal district executive authority, chairman of the Commission established under Yasamal district executive authority, Samad Islamov told APA.

Islamov said that relevant protocols have already been signed with the owners of 737 apartments, funds transferred to the bank accounts of 701 property owners. The resettlement process is carried out voluntarily by giving AZN 1500 for every square meter.

The commission chairman also said that accurate measurements have already been carried out in 2950 real estates and 60 houses and non-residential areas demolished.
