Spring starts to blink

Volatile cloudy, mostly dry weather will have increasing cloudiness towards the evening in Baku and Absheron peninsula on Feb. 20, reports the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. Weak haze is expected in several areas, Western, south-western wind to blow and get infrequently stronger. The temperature will be +4-6C at night and +11-16C in the noon.

Except the precipitation in some northern and eastern regions, weather will be rainless in the main in Azerbaijani regions. Western wind to waft and strengthen. The temperature will be from +1-6C at night and +12-17 in the afternoon, while from -3C to +2 C in mountains at night and +7-12C in the noon.
